Shipping

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order so please let us know if something is not right.
Most of our items are made to order unless specified as in stock so please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped.

We offer free standard shipping worldwide. We will contact you if there is a foreseeable delay.
For orders that contain multiple products, you may receive each product separately and on different dates.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties and fees.

We are based in New York and we charge 8.875% sales tax for any orders shipped to New York state.

 

Returns

We do not offer refunds but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will we will gladly exchange your item or give you a store credit within 14 days from the date your item is delivered.
All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition. We have the right to refuse returns not meeting these requirements.

Please fill out our return form for an RMA(return merchandise authorization) number. Only orders with RMA number will be accepted.

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date your item was delivered and should be sent prepaid. Please ensure the item(s) sent back are through a traceable and/or insurable method as we are not responsible for any returned packages not received.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for the processing of your exchange from the date we receive your package. You will be responsible for the return shipping charge.
With your package, please include your name, address, phone number, email address, RMA number and which items you are exchanging for.

If you receive a damaged/defective or mis-shipped item, you must notify us by email at info@janislee.com within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. Returns not following this policy will only be accepted at our discretion.

We are not responsible for any returned packages not received, damages or costs resulting from any delays in delivery.
Personalized and sale items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Personalization Service

We provide monogram printing service for $40 on our scarves and pocket squares to promote your individuality.
You can use any of your favorite color for your monogram. Please follow the instruction to select your color on each product page.
Our scarves can be made with fabric of your choice between silk chiffon and silk crepe de Chine.
Silk crepe de Chine has a subtle luster and the back side is slightly lighter than the rich front.
Silk chiffon is a sheer fabric so both back and front sides are almost identical.
